Dr. Mark S. Russell 
Dr. Mark S. Russell is a 1973 graduate of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green and received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Center in 1985. After completing his internship and residency at the Medical Center, he joined the practice in 1989. He holds memberships in the Arkansas State Medical Society, the Garland County Medical Society, the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ram Society, and the Radiological Society of North America. In November 1998, he completed the course of study to receive his Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular & Interventional Radiology.
